Real-Time Collaboration

The Weekly 1:1 tab is designed to be used by both the manager and team member for their weekly 1:1's. The structure is updated to reflect each week's playbook focus and can be prepared beforehand and collaborated on in real-time.

Clarity 

Each week's focus levels up to one of UpAll's 5 Inclusive Manager Practices. Manages can clearly see which practice is being implemented, why it's important, and how it will drive psychological safety, psycholgoical meaningfulness, and psychologial availabiltiy.

The manager can easily see each week's focus, tips, and to-dos that correlate with the playbook for each team member. Each Manager Weekly message takes less than five minutes, helping to seamlessly integrate into their normal weekly 1:1.
