UpAll’s foundational program, Building a Foundation of Emotional Intelligence, develops the four domains of emotional intelligence - critical for inclusive leadership.
The program leverages peer cohort learning: a mix of individual microlearning, reflection, application, and feedback - all while engaging and meeting with a shared-identity peer cohort and UpAll coach.
The program is virtual and 7-weeks long, with each week having two parts:
Each participant will leave feeling empowered and energized to become an inclusive leader with a personalized action plan.
Completing this program develops a bedrock of awareness that opens up the opportunity for UpAll membership.
Once the foundational program is complete, participants can become an UpAll member.
UpAll members are part of an ongoing peer cohort to support one another to be inclusive leaders.
Members have access to on-demand resources.

The member+'s UpAll coach will help hold personal inclusive leadership goals accountable.
Each member+ will receive personalized check-ins and feedback from their coach.
