UpAll follows the widely acclaimed and utilized framework Emotional Intelligence Domains and Associated Competencies by Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis, and Annie McKee. 

UpAll's unique approach combines an identity development process - inspired by Dr. Janet Helms and Dr. Beverly Daniel Tatum - to develop the four domains of emotional intelligence for White men - critical for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives to succeed.
