Ken Lawrence

Founder & Coach

Ken is the founder of UpAll, passionate about supporting White men to be active in contributing to inclusive cultures of belonging where all identities can thrive, and create a positive identity in doing so. 

Ken has a DEI Certificate from Cornell University, founded and co-hosted The Modern White Man podcast, has years experience as a DEI nonprofit leader, and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guinea, West Africa working towards community economic and entrepreneurship development.
