Meet Ken Lawrence
Our experienced founder.
Ken has over a decade of experience in the inclusion and equity industry. He was a nonprofit leader where he worked with hundreds and hundreds of college-aged interns and entry-level employees from all walks of life, training in their managers and mentors. He also co-facilitated inclusion and equity workshops at the organization-level.

Ken then moved to conducting individual and cohort inclusive leadership development programs both at the manager and C-Suite levels. He also publicized his self- and social awareness journey to be an inclusive leader through a popular podcast.
Ken further honed his expertise by completing an inclusive leadership and employee engagement program through Cornell University.

Through it all, Ken has continuously seen the need to better meet leaders where they're at to seamlessly develop inclusive leadership behaviors that stick through normal workflows. Enter UpAll.
